Rick Bojko

Rick Bojko has a BS (Materials Science and Electrical Engineering, 1987) and MEng (Applied & Engineering Physics, 1991) all from Cornell University. He has specialized in Electron Beam Lithography in a wide variety of settings, including academic research at the National Nanofabrication Facility at Cornell, high-power transistor fabrication at Westinghouse Research and Northrop Grumman, and disc drive recording heads at Seagate Technology. Along the way, he has gained experience in a range of nanofabrication technologies and applications, now including nanophotonics. Outside of cleanrooms, he likes music of nearly every variety, being outside, and distance running.
